Different Hijab Styles for Muslim Women and Girls

Many Muslim women choose hijab that is a type of veil and take it up to illustrate a modest look in their style. There are different hijab styles that depict woman’s own choice and taste. Hijab styles vary from region to region in the Islamic world according to the regional cultureand social background. Here are some special and unique styles that are very popular among women. A form of hijab known as Square hijab, this style of hijab is worn by the women of South Asia and Eastern Europe.

 This hijab is available in georgette and cotton fabrics, the method to worn this type of hijab is to fold the square cloth in half in a triangle shape and then pinned it up under the chin. Kuwaiti hijab is another style of hijab, this type of hijab gives the formal look and mostly worn by the professionals and working ladies. Pashmina hijab is also included in different hijab styles , it is made up of warm stuff like polyester having tassels at the corners, very expensive in cost and mostly designed by Arabian and Indian designers.
